Great analysis, very interesting. One thing to consider would be the talent pool below the former co-CEOs and the new CEO, CFO tandem. I am not contesting your analysis at all, but often there is a lot of talent just below the top of an organization, and I would not be surprised if that was the case here as well. Looks like a screaming short. Looking forward to reading more of your stuff.
Thanks David. I am sure there is an incredible talent pool below the executive level. Talent can only get you so far though when you have a capital structure like this and zero free cash flows.
Stock collapsing after that miserable Q3 report. Slow motion train wreck. The will run out of cash early next year.

Great write up! One of the best write ups I’ve read in a while. Reading the transcript of the earnings call was incredibly painful but hilarious
Glad you liked it!
Thesis is playing out. Slow death.
Any ice cube in the Arizona sun will melt. Even if the ice cube claims not to be an ice cube.
Shots fired!
Great write up. I read the book and it was pretty good. However, you brought up some interesting facts to light. It seems like it is heading to $0.44
Glad to hear I’m not the only one who was driven slowly to madness with “you know” on the earnings call. Andrew makes an art form out of grift
I had to turn off the call and read the transcript it was that bad
