Entravision posted Q2 2026 results yesterday. Results were strong. ATS revenue up 230% to $182.8 million. EBITDA for the segment came in at $40.7 million. Sequential growth from Q1 was 18.3%. The stock was over $14 per share. And then the earnings call happened and the stock flash crashed to eight dollars per share. One of my friends said he saw some shares trade in the low sevens.

The sentence that made the stock price collapse from the earnings call was the following:

"As we stated, ATS revenue in Q2 increased 230% versus Q2 2025 and 18% versus Q1 2026. Q2 performance was exceptional. We do not expect to repeat this same level of performance over the next two quarters of 2026, and we currently expect a decrease in revenue sequentially from Q2 to Q3. We do expect Q3 and Q4 to have significant year-over-year growth, more than 100% growth."

The moment the management team stated that the stock price collapsed. People panicked like the world was going to end. I wish I was ready with some cash or I would have been purchasing shares in the after market trading.

Here are a few things to note from listening to the earnings call and reading the quarterly report.
